PhilliPhillip Hollis Secure Heritagep R. Hollis, CEO/President

Phillip is the CEO/President of Secure Heritage Insurance Agency. He is a member of the Lions Club International, is a retired United States Navy Lt. Commander of  21 years, and is a graduate from University of Southern California, B.S.E.E.

Phil is a licensed Insurance Agent in Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida, and Texas. He has 18 years of experience in the insurance business and was awarded Agent of the Year in 2008, and District Manager of the Year in 2009.

He has succeeded in growing Secure Heritage by more than 300 percent over a three year period. Phil’s primary Focus is educating and protecting families and small businesses.

 

Patty Hollis, Community Relations Director

As the Community Relations Director at Secure Heritage Insurance Agency, my main focus is to market our business and what it does for those in the community.  What is neat about my job is that it provides me the opportunity to volunteer to be involved in several local organizations that help those in our town and local community.  I am an Ambassador for the Portage Business Council because I believe that by supporting the local businesses in Stevens Point we will be a stronger community.  I am part of the local Stevens Point Noon Lions because I feel that every child should have the chance to excel, either by giving them eye exams to catch early sight problems or supporting the Lions Camp that allows kids with disabilities a chance to be just a kid.  Belonging to the Rotary Club allows me to be active in activities such as Walk Wisconsin, highway cleanup, the Cultural Commons, and eradicating polio around the world.

After being an agent for 3 years, I realize that the help I give people every day, whether insurance related or by volunteering my time gives me a sense of pride about myself, my community, and my life as a whole.

Michelle Maier, Agency Operations Director

Michelle Maier is a Agency Operations Director who is responsible for following up with the agency clients on a personal level.  With over 20 years of sales & management experience and being involved in multiple industries throughout her career, she has gained a great deal of knowledge and experience that makes her uniquely qualified as a true insurance professional and stands ready to put her vast knowledge to work for you.

She is also an Independent Insurance Agent, and is able to represent many insurance carriers in our market to fulfill her client’s benefit and related insurance needs.

Outside of the insurance world, Michelle enjoys live music, hiking, and finding random small-town stores to browse.  She loves to travel, spending time outside, and volunteer work.
